Cucumber, lemon, and mint
- 1/4 of a lime
- 1 cucumber
- 10 mint leaves + for decoration
Rinse and prepare the lemon, then squeeze its juice into a glass. Do the same with a cucumber (peeled if not organic) and fresh mint. Mix everything and add a few mint leaves for garnish.
Grapes, apples, and acerola
- 500g of white grapes
- 6 apples
- 1 cm of fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons of acerola powder
Wash and chop the apples, clean the grapes, and prepare the ginger. Put everything in a blender, add the acerola powder, blend, and enjoy immediately to reap all the benefits. Tip: Acerola can be found organically or online.
Kiwi and kohlrabi
- 1 small kohlrabi
- 1 kiwi
- 5g of fresh ginger
Rinse and peel the kohlrabi and kiwi, then chop them. Juice them along with the peeled ginger. Collect the juice in a glass and stir gently. If you plan to make this juice in a blender, remember to strain it for a smooth, even consistency.
Apples, pineapple, fennel, and basil
- 4 Golden Delicious or Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 fennel
- 1 cucumber
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 1/2 lime
- 500 ml of fresh water
Wash the fennel. Peel the apples. Peel the pineapple and cucumber. Cut everything into rough chunks and put them in a blender. Add the washed basil leaves. Pour in the juice of half a lime and 500 ml of cold water. Blend and serve immediately. If the texture seems too thick, adjust with a little water or ice cubes.
Carrots, oranges, eggs, and ginger
- 8 carrots
- 8 oranges
- 1 to 2 cm of ginger, depending on taste
Grate and thoroughly clean the carrots, then peel the ginger. Squeeze the oranges to extract their juice. Use a juicer to combine the carrots and ginger into a smooth juice. Mix this juice with the orange juice to create a flavorful drink. For a refreshing finish, serve your concoction ice cold.

- 4 raw beets
- Rinsed spinach shoots
- 500g of white and/or black grapes
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder

If you prefer a blender, blend all the ingredients, then strain the mixture to extract the juice. Add a pinch of turmeric to the juice and stir gently. - 400g of green melon (e.g., Spanish melon) cut into cubes
- 80g of fresh lemon thyme sprigs
- 1 liter of grape juice
- Ice

Meanwhile, prepare an infusion by pouring a cup of boiling water over lemon thyme, letting it cool, then straining it to keep only the liquid. - 1 kiwi
